Chingay 2010

What an experience of a lifetime!! Being on top of the first and largest float of Chingay 2010 parade!! Also having to welcome and receive both PM and President of Singapore on 19 and 20 February nights respectively. Kyllis is very excited.


On top of welcoming the two most important people in Singapore, Kyllis will also be part of the welcoming party to receive the guest-of-honor, Mrs Yu-Foo Yee Shoon, for the ILC Bus launch on Saturday, 20 February at about 6pm. Later they will proceed to the Chingay 2010 parade ground.

Kylene ear piercing

Kylene finally had the courage to do her ear piercing, we went down to B'dazzle in Jurong Point to do it. She choosed a lady bug earring. She was very brave never even cried.

FLC Awards

I Love Children Ambassador was performing for the Family Life Champion Award 2009which is held in Concorde Hotel on 27 June 2009. The Ambassadors will be part of the welcome party to welcome the Guest of Honour, Mrs Yu-Fu Yee Shoon. This event is a closed door event so we never manage to go in to see their performances, so wasted never get to see the short video clip featuring Kyllis talking about her bonding time with the grandparents. National Family Celebrations 09

Kyllis and all the ambassador was doing a performing for the launching of National Family Day Out. They will be doing 2 songs L.O.V.E and You are my sunshine. Many thanks to Clement Chow who had been doing rehearsal with all the ambassador. The Event was held in Clarke Quay.

Song Recording

This is the first time, Kyllis doing song recording. She is very excited as singing is her favourite all the time. She had been memorizing the lyric for a week. Hope she can remembered.

Primary School

That's Kyllis looking spiffy in her uniform , getting ready for her first day of Primary School. From all that, you can tell that she's very excited and anxious about going to Primary One. A new school, new friends and new teachers. A totally new environment where she will be spending the next 6 years.

The P1 students are also assisted by their older friends in the school. Usually the Primary fives are enlisted to orient the new students by showing them around the school and to help them during recess time. The buddies are briefed by the teachers and instructed carefully on how to guide their new friends in Primary one. They have to report to the P1 teachers and to get instructions from them. The Buddy System lasted for two weeks. By then, the Primary One pupils will be independent and be able to get their way round the school on their own.

I Love Children’s ambassadors

Kyllis will be I Love Children’s ambassadors. Kyllis will be their ambassadors for two years. Let me explain more about this. A panel of judges will shortlist candidates and they will attend a one-day camp in 10 January. From there, Ambassadors of I Love Children will be selected to appear on Kids Central. The final five will be selected by the judges base on five of the following

Family-oriented – Loving and supportive of family members
Active – Participates in school, sports and social activities
Considerate – Pays attention to others’ needs and feelings
Enterprising – Willing to try out new ways of doing things
Sensible – Makes good judgement

Hi the advertisment Kyllis did on December is out already, the celebraties she do shooting with is Allan Wu and Wong Li Lin. Did you manage to guess right, she is doing this commercial for Star Auto. This are some clippings of her in the Star Auto Brochure. Newspaper ad will only be out on 12 and 19 January Business Times, and magazine will be out on February, but i still dunno which picture they will used will update once the ad is out. Please anyone of you who subscribe to business times magazine or newspaper let me know, so you could pass it to me. Thank you in advance

Kyllis doing shooting for Hotel Intercontinental. These advertisement will be use for brochures and posters to place around the hotel. This shooting she is doing two different shot one in the chinese restaurant and one in the hotel room. yummy yummy you can see during the shooting she get to taste those Chinese New Year food which include buddha jump over the wall,it makes my saliva drooling.

Photo Shooting

Kyllis went shooting today, we are so tired as we all have to wake up at 6 plus. But to her she is so energetic maybe she too excited. This is the first advertisement she doing shooting with celebrities, we feel so pressured as the actress need to rush off, so Kyllis is not allow to ng too many times, lucky she manage finish all this shot just in time. I could not reveal who it is now as the advertisement is not out yet will update again once it is in newspaper.

Kyllis 6th Birthday

KYLLIS 6TH BIRTHDAY PARTY

Kyllis turning 6th on 26 November but had to celebrate her party on 16 November, since most of the friends will be out of town. We had a pool party in our condominium clubhouse, with the theme of High School Musical. Our party is from 3 to 6 . For activities we let the kids do scrap booking, we took their picture with the background of high school musical and prints the photos on the spot for them to do scrap booking, they are so good at it. Due to the overwhelming response of scrap booking, some kids have to queue up, but they would not be boring as there are some snacks and foods for them. We cut cakes at 5 since all the kids can't wait to swim. At first when i planned this party i was so worried no children will swim as some parents might be worried, but surprisingly all the kids did swim and you can see they are so happy about it. After swimming, the kids are so hungry, so we BBQ some foods for them to eat, and the party last until 8pm. Hoped all the guests would have an unforgetful party.

NEA Shooting

Today we went down the shooting place, is a ward. We are so worried they might want Kylis to pretend to be a patient, so my hubby and i both agreed we will turn down the shooting if that is the case. This story is about the old man got dengue fever and Kyllis is her pretend granddaughter and Kyllis had to hug the old man and pretend to be very sad that she dun want him to go to the hospital. Quite surprised Kyllis is not afraid of the old man at all, she is willing to hug the old man when the director ask her to do so. This will be banner for the bus, but i dunno for which bus or when it will be out. Please if anyone of you saw it please email me.

Portfolio

My sister & I went to take portfolios for our kids, it is so tiring as we need to change every one of them into 4 different costumes, and Aloysius and Kylene is still so small keep running from the camera, and we had to act like chicken catch chick running around to catch them back to the backdrop to take pictures. Lucky photo turned out nice, our hard work is worth it.

WDA Shooting

This is a very easy shooting, what they need is only Kyllis's hand, so no facial expression is needed. When we reach there the producer than realised Kyllis is left handed so had to ask her to pretend use right hand to draw. Oh she is really very good during this shooting she is having fever but she never throw temper or say tired.

Asus Lauch Event

Kyllis done a catwalk at the SITEX 2007 for the launch of Asus eepc. This is the first time she doing catwalk in front of the media and public.

Starhub Shooting

This is the first advertisement for Kyllis, it took her 3 days to finish all shooting including tv advertisement. Everyday she had to wake up 5 or 6 in the morning and finish at 9 without having a nap, it was so tiring for her. For every pose they nedd to take several thousand shots, just to choose the one that is perfect.
